I’m nervous to use a safety razor

As a result, Leaf Shave designs modern safety razors with this in mind. Their primary goal is to make plastic-free shaving more accessible by developing tools that are easier and safer to use. The pivoting head of the Leaf Razor removes all of the guesswork from safety razor shaving; simply apply a lighter touch and the metal and pivot will do the rest. The Twig Razor is a re-imagined classic shaver, with a single edge (for safely shaving tight and concave areas!) and precise engineering around the blades and head’s angle for an intuitive glide. Tips

Do a test run! Try practising bladeless if this is your first time with a safety razor. Running the razor over your skin dry with no blade will help you get a feel for the weight and balance of the razor.

1. If you are having trouble shaving in tight places like directly under your nose, we recommend shaving at an angle across/against the grain to access any remaining hair.
2. If the razor is too aggressive, leave the bottom blade out and start loading with the middle blade. In this way, The Leaf is adjustable to suit your needs.
3. Let the weight of the razor work its magic! Do not apply extra pressure.
4. Always keep your skin and the razor wet while shaving and rinse as you shave. Use a good shave soap for glide.
