Simply apply your points for a discount at checkout! Enter how many points you wish to redeem during checkout and pay your order partially or fully using your points. Your point balance, along with recent point history, will be displayed in the Points section found on your “My Account” page.
Tell your friends! Refer a friend to SHOP ZERO™ waste. Select “Referrals” found on your “My Account” page. Copy your unique link and send invites to your friends. You’ll get R50 for each successful referral.

- Points are not transferrable.
- Points earned through purchases will expire six months from your purchase date. Don’t let your hard-earned points don’t go to waste! It is the responsibility of each customer to spend their points within the 6 month window. Shop Zero™ will not be held liable for any points that are not used within 6 months.
- If you cancel your order, or if an order is refunded the redeemed points are automatically credited back to your account.
