Natural Loofah Sponge

This natural loofah sponge comes from a vining plant in the gourd family. Wet your loofah with warm water to soften it, add a little bit of soap or the natural cleaning product of your choice, and exfoliate or scrub away, using small, circular motions. Or use it in the kitchen to scrub dishes, glasses and even baby bottles. It is completely natural and plastic-free and works wonderfully with our Better Earth Dishwashing Liquid.
If you’d like to use your natural loofah sponge for exfoliating, we recommend cutting it in half as they soften over time. End of lifespan
Clean it and toss your natural loofah sponge into your compost pile or bokashi bin when it’s worn out.

The large Loofah is great! Many uses and long lasting. The large Loofah size makes it a good investment.

Loofah’s are an absolute staple for your zero waste bathroom. When we ordered ours I wasn’t sure how well it would work against a conventional scrub, but its fab! Small pieces may come off every now and then but because it’s a natural, compostable item it doesn’t matter if it goes down the drain.

Switching from a conventional plastic loofah to this is seamless; You wet it in the shower to soften it, and then use it as you would any other loofah (it even feels the same). An absolute plastic free no brainer!
The loofah lasts a long time, so when you cut it up to the desired size you can either keep the rest for future, or gift loofahs to friends or family!
