We’ve received our Essential Service Certificate

We’ve received our Essential Service Certificate, but have decided to keep our doors closed. You CAN still shop from our online store.
Our skeleton crew will consist of only one staff member, who cycles to work, and who will ensure that your food gets delivered to you safely. We might open our doors later once we start flattening the #coronavirus curve.
As per government regulations, we are only able to deliver food and essential products such as personal care basics and household cleaning products. To avoid potential confiscation and penalties, we will not ship any goods that are not essential. You are welcome to place your orders for any other non-essential #zerowaste lifestyle products now and we’ll send it off to you after the lockdown.
We will try our best to keep essential products in stock, but with the increased demand some products might be out of stock. We ask for your patience please and thank you for your support and understanding.
Please stay home. Stay safe and let’s give #mothernature a chance to heal herself at the same time.

#Contactless #ZeroWaste Shopping
We’re open for delivery or pick up today, tomorrow and Thursday, while trying our best to do our part by making sure to put our staff and customers’ health, wellness and safety as a first priority. We also need to ensure that we can keep our business afloat and our staff employed. This is a difficult time for all small businesses, as many of us rely on the steady flow of foot traffic to cover basic costs. Last night our president announced that #SouthAfrica will nationally lockdown for 21 days starting from midnight on 26 March. Individuals will only be allowed to leave their homes under strictly controlled circumstances, such as to seek medical care or to buy food. We do supply basic goods and food, but we’re not yet 100% certain if we are allowed to be open. We will keep you posted.
From today, 24 March, we are asking our customers not to enter our store. We will assist you, but will ask you to please wait outside in your car whilst we help you to fill your containers. Please bring a list with you as well as Snapscan or a card, as we are going cashless so customers can make #contactlesspayments.
We strongly encourage you to order via our online store: www.shopzero.co.za. Alternatively, if you live in Cape Town, you can order via Whatsapp on 0844056030, we’ll pack your food products for you and will schedule your #curbsidepickup.
