This 100% organic cotton reusable menstrual pad meets the very highest standards and is GOTS approved.  It has two parts: one part that wraps around your panty with nickel snaps and the second is a liner folded in four. The unique shape of the pad allows you to change fold when the upper part is saturated and you can still wear it and feel dry and comfortable.  Great for women who tend to suffer from candida, infections etc.

How to use

Place the side with the extra fabric upwards to face the bottom of your pelvis (crotch area) and wrap it around your underwear.
Once the upper part of the fabric is wet, you can take it out and re-fold so the wet side won’t touch your crotch and it continues to absorb.

Washing instructions

Make sure to wash before first use. After use: Soak or rinse in cold water, squeeze and wash in the washing machine at a low temperature (up to 40 degrees). Use an eco-friendly detergent and do not use bleach or any softeners. Air dry your pad.
