  1. Estelle Dawson

This was super fun and easy. Anyone who knows me, will tell you I do not have a green thumb. But these potato plants managed to survive and was so pretty, Plus we got a hole bunch of baby potatoes. I planted them in large containers and when it came to harvesting my 2-year old had lots of fun helping me dig them up. Sadly she thought it was Easter eggs because of their pretty colours, but she still had fun 🙂
