Simply mix this handy concentrate with your favourite milk of choice. Depending on how strong you like it, anything from 25 – 50% chai versus milk will do the trick depending on your taste buds. Use an espresso wand to heat up a latte or pour over ice for an iced latte option. This drink is naturally caffeine free, but is also great with a shot of espresso to make a “dirty chai.”

This vegan chai is a brilliant winter warmer and is delicious in porridge or oats too! Make a golden chai with a half teaspoon of turmeric or a chocolate chai with a teaspoon of cocoa powder.
