Oats include a lot of beta-glucans, a kind of carbohydrate that boosts the immune system. Oats provide more protein and good fats while being lower in carbs than most other whole grains. They have more soluble fiber than any other grain and are also abundant in insoluble fiber, giving you the best of both worlds.

Your rolled oats will be packed in a recycled unbleached brown paper bag. It is completely biodegradable, compostable and recyclable as long as there is no residual food in it. Because energy was still needed to manufacture the bag, we want to encourage all customers to reuse their paper bags at least three times to lessen their carbon footprint. Each online item is packed in a repurposed box that we gather from deliveries given to us by our suppliers or donations made by friends and family. We use 100% biodegradable packaging tape to seal the boxes.
