Redecker Pot Brush

(1 customer review)

The first Bürstenhaus Redecker brushes were handmade in Germany in 1935.  Bürstenhaus Redecker places high value on their products not only being practical but also beautiful and, most of all, ecological. This high-quality, hard working brush is densely packed with plant-based bristles and has a rounded shape to easily reach edges and corners. Add this great alternative to synthetic pot brushes to your collection of plastic-free kitchen goods today. Be sure to also have a look-see at the Redecker dish brush available from our online shop here.

Made from untreated beechwood and natural union fibre (tampico and palmyra fibre), it’s easy to hold & comfortable in your hand. This brush also works very effectively to scrub dirt from potatoes and other root veggies.

Safe for use under boiling water. The entire brush can be composted at the end of its life.

A fabulous addition to my zero-waste kitchen. The firm bristles work differently to a sponge or scourer, but I’m so happy with how it works overall.

Hi Pam. Thank you for letting us know. We love it too, especially the ‘feel good’ factor experienced from eliminating yet another plastic item from the house! 🙂
