This chilli sauce is a beautiful combination of Malawian Kambuzi chillies and local, seasonal chillies. Kambuzi is a hot, rare exotic chilli, grown by small subsistence farmers. It has a delicious tropical citrus flavour that adds complexity to Be Nice’s chilli sauces. This hot sauce is vinegar based and has a more liquid consistency. It’s tangy, savoury, delicious and hot.
