Essential Oils (13 different organic varieties)

Soil grows and distills a number of their essential oils on their farms in Zululand. They source the others from the best suppliers worldwide. The ECOCERT organic certification ensures that you are using the purest quality available.

How to use

Essential oils are extremely concentrated active ingredients of plants. We advise that you dilute them in a neutral carrier oils (like sweet almond oil or olive oil) before using them. Essential oils should not be ingested without professional guidance.

To massage

Add 5-6 drops of essential oil per 10ml of carrier oil. Mix properly and use on skin as needed.

In the bath

Add 5-10 drops of essential oil to your bathwater. Ensure there is adequate ventilation in the bathroom but close the door so that the oil vapour is still beneficial. Lie back and relax while enjoying the benefits of your chosen oils.

Add 4-5 drops of oil to a bowl of steaming water. Place a towel over your head lean over the bowl. Inhale the vapour for a few minutes. Remember to keep your eyes closed while doing this.

Diffusers and Burners

Fill the burner bowl with water. Add 3-6 drops of oil. Light the candle. The oil will evaporate as the water heats up. Do not let the bowl dry out. Diffuser: add oils and water as per diffuser instructions.
