    This is by far my favorite grain. Its gluten free and packed with protein, calcium, magnesium etc..To prepare, i recommend you rinse it and soak it over night. Cook it like rice in water with a pinch of salt. Makes a lovely warm cereal in the morning. I add some rice milk, banana, cinnamon, sugar free peanut butter,dates, honey and stevia drops. Millet also has a low GI. So it sustains you for a large section of the day. Enjoy..
